Life is too short to waste your time playing role-playing games. Get a real life. Life is too short... On the contrary. Life is only short to those who allow it to pass them by; those who spend endless hours in front of a television allowing themselves to be a-mused (read: un-mused, losing or lacking the muse - the opposite of creativity), rather than seeking the muse within. When one is mindful of the moment, impregnating each with the fullness of effort, then life is eternal. To waste your time...Time is never wasted doing anything you find enjoyable and meaningful. (This even includes watching television, if it is done mindfully.) Time is a gift. Take it, grab it, squeeze the life out of it and above all, enjoy the hell out of it. Playing....Have you forgotten how to play? Has childhood disappeared into the past leaving you a dried husk devoid of wonder and pleasure? Playing is the best way to connect with the creative imagination. What was your favourite game as a child? Mine was... roleplaying games....playing pretend. Get a real life... My inner life, my psychic landscape, is just as rich and meaningful as my outer life - perhaps even more so. I have a life. I have many...all twitching like insects in a hyperactive brain, screaming to get out... (introduction by Che Vaughn)
